Before the service started Anna Marie, Andy's wife was sitting in front of us; she turned and introduced me to one of their church members. She said, "This is the man that disciples my husband." What a joy it is to know that one of the men that you have discipled for close to 10 years has come to a place of putting together two meetings with three different churches; teaches at Louisiana Baptist College and is also a disciple of men. I was so excited about this that I had to call for the Charles Simpson and rejoice with him.
Wednesday, March 16, 2016: This afternoon Cliff Bouwel and I drove down to Pineville, La. to Zion Hill Church to have an evening with Brother Yun, "The Heavenly Man". Zion Hill Church is the 2 largest African-American congregations in the state of Louisiana. I had just completed Brother Yun's book, "The Heavenly Man." What I didn't realize was Andy Magee had brought Brother Yun and his team in for this occasion. They had gone down to DeRidder, La. on Tuesday evening to Brother Cody Smith's church. Brother Yun's translator was Brother has Wren; they traveled from Germany. Joshua Dara the pastor of Zion Hill Church is a lawyer and teaches at LC. When Joshua introduces Andy to people, he says "This is my boss." Andy's Church, "River Out Reach Center" also joined to support this meeting. There were approximately 700 people present; this was a worthwhile trip and a powerful time. Brother Yun prophesied over Andy before the meeting started and said that, "He was a modern-day Andrew, a unifier bring people together." Andy told me that Yun was up every morning 4 am praying, shouting, and singing to the Lord.

A Wall Called Offense
I built a wall And painted it righteousness Each brick that was laid I laid it for justice I gave it a name Offense of the Humble Built solid and strong Forbade it to crumble I made it to tall No you can't climb it And only I hold the key To the prison behind it I built a wall The one that divides us Built solid and strong And painted it righteousness by David Lindsay Hello Pastor Robert.
May the Lord bless you abundantly! Pray that your health be better every day. That your wisdom be even more enlarged, for the honor of the one who called us to serve. Please! Take a few minutes to look at what the Lord gave me a few days ago. The plague that is touching the world, will be used to wake the church up. The world will have to search God's face and every tongue shall confess that Jesus is the Lord This is the beginning of the greatest! and last revival before Jesus come back. Pray that every brother in Jesus be conscious of the great opportunity to witness … the time at home, is a prove that what the Lord wants is a church that concentrate to worship Him. May the Lord continue blessing and using you! Abiding Dario We as believers come together in one mind and one accord asking You Lord to manifest Yourself through Your anointing in the midst of Your people. We seek Your face asking that Your kingdom may be manifested in and through us all. According to Your Holy Word we bind the powers of darkness and release the light as You called us to be light and salt in the world. Let that glorious light of who Your are reflect on us and reveal the truth. Many are bound in the darkness of misunderstanding and unbelief and just as we are translated from the kingdom of darkness into the marvelous light of the Son of Your Love, we are asking that you use us as instruments to set the captives free, because that same anointing is upon us. We pray for our leaders such as President Donald Trump and his team. Give them wisdom for the times to know what they ought to do. We pray for the congress that they too may be wise. For the Democrat leaders we ask Lord that you confuse their thinking and bring to naught any attempt to do evil to our land. We proclaim an end to the Co Vid 19 virus, We say, virus you have no right nor power to continue destroying lives in our land. We bind you from continuing any longer. Lord bring life back to our country, the USA.
Revive the economy, restore the jobs, invigorate the stores and shops, prosper the plants and factories, instill wisdom and common sense in the Governors and Mayors and every political leader. Protect our borders that no harm will enter. And, most of all enlarge Your Kingdom by bringing many to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Give us divine appointments and anointed words to share with the ones who we meet. O Lord, all these things we pray and proclaim by the authority of the Word that You said is placed even above Your Holy Name. Thank Your Lord! Powerhouse Healer by Tim Smith
My left heel and ankle began hurting 3/2/16 to the point that I was limping and began thinking; how am I going to endure this pain to perform in the workplace? I went to church that evening but didn't share with anyone about my foot. I woke up during the night a couple of times with my foot hurting and couldn't tolerate placing my weight on my heel the morning of 3/3/16. I arrived at the plant at 6:00 am and a Spirit filled coworker Brother in Christ, Nate Newton was the first person I saw. I took my boot off and held my foot up to him requesting prayer and explaining the pain I was feeling. He laid his hands on the back of my ankle and bottom of my heel. As he prayed, I felt heat moving from his hands into my foot. After the prayer the pain was mostly gone and I could walk normally. Less than an hour later the pain was completely gone! Later that day I came up on Nate talking to four other coworkers giving me the chance to share with those men about my before and after Nate's prayer of healing upon my foot giving Thanks and Glorifying Christ in the sharing! Remembering that my Pastor Robert Lindsay encouraged me to ask the Holy Spirit to open my eyes to recognize issues with equipment (while working 7d/wk power plant outage assignment) that everyone else is also looking at but no one else sees, I noticed a gas turbine area safety hazard. The next day I approached the GE Safety Specialist onsite, when I explained my concern to him; he became agitated throwing his hands into the air exclaiming "What do you want me to do?!" To which I replied, you work on these machines all over the nation are any other sites you've been to doing anything to mitigate this hazard? No; he responds. Haven't you ever recognized this as a hazard? No; he responds. If someone were injured due to this hazard, how would you argue due diligence to hazard mitigation while under the scrutiny of an accident investigation? He didn't have an answer. Conceding that I don't see a way of eliminating the hazard, I shared my (Holy Spirit inspired) idea to dampen the potential effects of the hazard exposure. During this conversation I unintentionally offended this man. When I recognized the offense, he had taken I apologized, but he refused to accept my extended hand for handshake. Later that day I was walking through the plant praying for the Holy Spirit to give me peace for the sense of guilt I was carrying of offense and failure to reconcile. At that moment I heard someone call out to me to my left and turning I saw the man offended walking toward me with a smile apologizing for his behavior and extending his hand. I thanked him that we were able to come to terms and he told me he spoke to the millwrights and they agreed to try my idea. I left that interaction thanking God for an immediate answer to my prayer. God is at work in power plants too....even among the road hardened men who wield their skills in these physically daunting crafts! Sunday, March 22, 2020: From Whit Bass
While standing in line at the grocery store in Monroe La waiting to check out an African-American lady said something to the effect of “we’re gonna be on lockdown tomorrow we better get our groceries today.” I just so happened to have a report from the governor’s office and showed her that grocery stores and other places for essential items will remain available even after the ‘Stay at home order’ goes into effect tomorrow evening. She began to confess that she had not used crack cocaine for two weeks now and she had just returned from the hospital because she was having withdrawals and thought she was having heart problems. I told her I would love to pray with her. After we checked out our items, I walked her to the side and we found a picnic table and I began to minister to her for probably about 30 minutes. I prayed for her healing, she wanted to recommit her life to Christ, and we re-nounced crack cocaine and a spirit of bondage. Very grateful for the ministry. Later I visit at Home Depot and prayed with five different employees while shopping there. Recommended Psalm 91 as a read for those asking prayer about the coronavirus. What is in a Challenge 3/1/16 by Tim Smith
I'd been sending my Brother in Christ Gary Lively pictures of equipment being dismantled in the outage, and also that I was praying that I would be able to attend corporate worship Wednesday night. Brother Gary replied challenging me to invite the men on these crews here from out of their home states to church. Have you ever encountered a crisis of belief in response to hearing God's will? Who in your life challenges you to step out in faith to join Christ in the expansion of His Kingdom come, His will be done? The next morning I attended the gas turbine crew morning safety briefing, also present were subcontracted scaffold, crane and electrical crews....I counted 24 men. After the briefing the GE Safety Specialist asked if I had anything to add. I spoke up stating: "I'm a follower of Christ who delivered me from a lifetime of addictions and would like to invite you to attend church this evening at The Assembly in West Monroe on Cypress St at 6:30 pm. We would be honored to have you join us". A couple of men thanked me for the invitation. After lunch I attended the steam turbine crew's (12 men) after break briefing and made the same statement. I received another, thanks for the invitation. I didn't see any of those men at church; however, the next day 3/3/16 I had the opportunity to pray with three men for physical healing for family members. Praying that God will cause someone each day to cross my path that His Great Treasure may shine forth through my flawed, fractured, fragile clay jar! 2 Corinthians 4:7 But we have this treasure in jars of clay, to show that the surpassing power belongs to God and not to us. Peace, Tim Smith 1. We have life and death in our mouth by the power of proclamation.
2. We are created to proclaim God’s Word. 3. The Word of God came to Ezekiel, “Prophesy, oh man of God. Make proclamation under My Spirit. 4. God is always creative, but it is the Word of God that activates. Friday March 4, 2016: Here is a story for you from Andy Magee…..I was once in
Honduras with a good friend, and one afternoon he needed to take a nap. Now where it concerns tongues, there is “praying in the Spirit”, “warring in the Spirit, “singing in the Spirit”, and “groaning in the Spirit”; however, on this day I made a new discovery. It was “sleeping in the Spirit.” As I came into the room, this man was sound asleep and he was mumbling. What was impressive was that in between a few mumbles, you would hear, “Jesus is Lord.” And again, mumble, mumble, mumble, Jesus is Lord, mumble, mumble. His name was Robert Lindsay. |
