Wednesday, June 15, 2016: A testimony by James Morris: this happened last Thursday; a friend of James's from the past came to his attention; so, he called him to take him out to lunch. James wanted to share with him about what god has been doing in his life. He is younger than James and has no family, and nowhere to go. The clothing that he had on his back was most of his possessions. After they had eaten James took him to Walmart and purchased him some clothing and a pair of shoes. Those that he had on were glued together. James remembered the verse of scripture which says "Not to tell a brother to be warmed and filled; but don't actually do anything for him." as they were driving back to his home, he said to James, "I want to get back to where I feel like I am saved." immediately James said, "hold up," James asked him if he knew that he was saved, and he replied I don't know whether i would go to heaven right now are not. James asked him if he believed in Jesus Christ. James began to share the gospel. The gospel began to work on this guy. James told him that he was going to pray but he wanted him to seek God with all his heart. Whatever that looks like to you, do it! As he began to pray the presence of the Lord came into the car, the guy began to weep and cry. James had to drive up and down the highway for about 30 minutes while this was going on; at the end the joy of the lord came on him and he began to laugh. He said it felt like the whole world was lifted off of my shoulders. He wanted to put some it in a jar so he could wake up with it the next morning. When he got out of the car he was drunk in the Spirit.

Dear Pastor Robert,
Greetings from Kenya. It was hard to hear you on phone. We are again due to the rising Corona cases in our country. Many people dying daily. Kindly continue praying for us. We have many orphaned kids around and I feel led of God to pray that part of our family land we build an orphanage for these kids. Kindly pray for that. PST Caliph Wednesday, June 15, 2016: A testimony by Amy Prokopf: in December, we found out Nick had been accepted into youth with a mission (YWAM). Although, we knew his training would be in Hawaii, we were unsure of where the mission part of this trip would take him.
Michael, Erin and I were traveling home to Bossier City from Dallas, Texas, when Nick called to let me know he found out where he would be going. He told me part of the trip would take him to South Korea. At the time I didn’t hear north or south – only Korea, and I became extremely upset. So much so, that I began to panic. I was mad. Like really mad. At God! Seeing that I was visibly upset, Michael pulled the car off of the interstate and into an old gas station. I asked God why? “Why my child?” And, “Why my son?” I told God, “You could have picked anyone in the entire world to do your work! Why does it have to be my child???” Right there, in that abandoned parking lot, God spoke to me. He said, “oh, Amy. But Nick is my son. He’s my child. He’s your gift on earth, but he is my child. And who can take care of Nicholas better than me?” In that exact moment, an unexplainable peace overcame me. The fear and anger were completely lifted and replaced with comfort. Those words have changed my entire perspective about motherhood, and they have given me peace over and over again when fear or worry tries to creep in. Who can take care of my children better than their heavenly father? I am thankful for the gifts of both Nicholas and Erin. Wednesday, June 15, 2016: A text from Nicholas Rainwater, Amy's son. Hey Uncle Robert! This is nick! I'm at YWAM and am getting ready to leave for Nepal, Thailand, and South Korea. I leave on July 2nd. I know I talked to you much, but I want to let you know that God has been doing amazing things. And I can't wait to see everything he is going to do. I love you! Can't wait to see you; when I get back and share everything. Tuesday, June 14, 2016: Brother Jerry Linhares called and wanted to go with me to visit James Morris at noon. Along the way he gave me this testimony: at the men's meeting this morning there was a young man there dressed shabbily, old tennis shoes and no socks. As the prayer request was taken, at the very end, he stood up weeping. He needed help; he has been an alcoholic since the teenager. The leader called him up; the men together around him to pray. As Brother Jerry prayed for the young man: the Lord spoke to him to give him some money; so he emptied his wallet around $27. As he did this other man followed suit and began to help him with his finances. The young man stood there weeping holding a handful of money; one person gave him $100 bill. The leader of the men's group asked him; "Has the Lord spoken to you to lay down something?" he said yes, "My drinking." this became a blessing for this man but also for the whole group.
Sunday, June 12, 2016: A day in the river! At 10:30 am
All the groups along at I-24 corridor that have discovered each other meet jointly at the refuge in Downsville, at Chris Moon's church. It's called, "A day in the river." there was an all-day meeting. Whit Bass brought word of God during the morning service with his daughter Hannah leading worship. There was a meal, then an afternoon together where Jason Beard brought the word of God. Robert Lindsay: While the ministry time was going on; I visited with Melissa Keaster; she is the lady that had a difficult health problem with allergies that God had healed. I had sent out her testimony earlier. Melissa introduced me to her mother Melanie Chapman; who attended Crest Baptist church. As we visited; I was able to ask her if she had been baptized with the Holy Spirit; she said yes but no prayer language. I talked to her a few minutes about how to receive from the Lord, laid my hand on her forehead lightly and she began to speak with a new language. I asked her how it felt, it was a great joy and a release that she had; a glow of the Holy Spirit covered her face. I told her that it was the Holy Spirit that was praying through her speaking mysteries according to the perfect will of God for her life. This was something that was special between her and the Lord! Wednesday, June 8, 2016: Testimony by Whit Bass
Hannah and I attend the celebrate recovery service at First Baptist Church Rayville. We arrived a few minutes late around 6:50 P.M. The service had begun at 6:30 p.m. Not long after arriving Hannah turned to me and said, "I feel pain in my neck; I think I have a word of knowledge for someone who has pain here tonight." We were sitting in a dark room and the room had a large crowd. Probably 80-100 people were in attendance. Hannah and I joined Rayland Trisler and a young lady named Mandy in prayer for quite a long time. While Rayland, Hannah, Mandy and I were praying in the hallway a group of young ladies walked by headed to their step study. Hannah asked our group of 4, "Do any of you have pain in your neck/back area"? They replied that they did not. But Rayland said to us, "Maybe one of those young ladies that just passed by us has pain". So we continued our time in prayer. Rayland Tisler surprised me last night. He actually followed through with the idea of asking the group of young ladies if any of them had pain. He told me at the end of the night, "When I asked the ladies if any had pain, no one said they had pain right away. But I noticed this one young lady hesitate as if she wasn't sure if she should respond. She finally said, "I have pain." Her name was Brittney, age 27. Brittney was attending the service from a local recovery group. Raymond told Brittney, "You need to find a young lady named Hannah bass. She wants to pray for you." So, someone pointed me out and Brittney came to me looking for Hannah. We found Hannah eating desert. Hannah came over as soon as I motioned her over. Hannah and I walked Brittney into the worship room since it was empty at this time. Hannah explained to Brittney that she had been feeling pain in her neck since the service time and felt that god wanted to heal someone tonight with neck pain. Brittney told us that she remembered us walking into worship and explained to us that she was sitting right in front of us in the room. We didn't realize this. This explanation explained Hannah feeling pain earlier in the night. So, Brittney explained to us that she has felt pain in her neck that has been with her since age 13. I had the privilege of praying with Hannah for Brittney. After Hannah and I both prayed for Brittney we asked her if she could check her neck pain. She checked her pain level. She had a look of amazement on her face and a huge smile as if to say... "How did you do this"? All of the pain that Brittney had felt since age 13 was no longer there. In one moment, all pain was gone. Hannah simply told Brittney that god loved her so much that he would allow Hannah to feel her pain and pray for Brittney's healing. During Hannah's prayer, she mentioned Brittney having children. So, after we prayed Hannah asked Brittney, do you have children? Brittney confirmed that she did. Hannah asked how many? Brittney said she had a boy and a girl. Hannah asked Brittney if her son enjoyed riding dirt bikes. Brittney said he did. Hannah told Brittney that she felt god wanted to use this hobby in her son's life to minister to others one day as he got older. Hannah then asked Brittney if her daughter dressed up dolls. Brittney confirmed this as well. Hannah expressed to Brittney that she felt her daughter may one day use this as a way to minister as well as she got older. Specifically, maybe in creating a business in this way. Hannah then asked Brittney if her husband worked off shore and Brittney said that he did not. That he retired with the marines. The interesting point of this entire story is that god used not only Hannah, but also Rayland Trisler to be an integral part of this testimony. Each of us has a part to play in the kingdom. Had Rayland not followed through with asking the ladies if any had pain we may have missed this opportunity. This is a picture of the body of Christ. This is also a picture of boldness!!! My part was simply getting Hannah to attend the celebrate recovery service. If Hannah had gone home due to fatigue, she would have missed out on being a wonderful blessing to Brittney. We give all glory to Jesus Christ who redeems us and Holy Spirit who gives us our gifts here on earth! Whit Bass Dear Bro Robert,
I received your tithe and testimonies today and I am grateful for both. I deeply appreciate your faithfulness! The testimony of Trace Mayo was a blessing in several ways as to how God turns disaster into victory. Also , the ministry that he received is the ministry that he now gives. That is the model! I appreciate David’s testimony of asking the Lord to give him an opportunity to minister to someone as he traveled , then helping that man to demonstrate the love of God. David is right about lost stories; there are so many! We need to pass on our story . Whit’s story of Jamie was also a blessing. It was indeed a miracle! To see a new Believer enter ministry so quickly is great! That is how it was in the early days. The story of going back to his home church is beautiful as well. That can be a difficult assignment but the Holy Spirt makes all the difference. I enjoyed the account of the healings. That is also powerful evangelism. David’s account of learning from your son is a great example of the power of influence. Our stories have more effect than we will ever know. Building a relationship by asking questions is the right way to share the gospel . We need to build trust before we start to share. When God leads, I have had some great experiences on airplanes. I have never seen an angel but have had times when I knew that they were present, even saving my life too. I am so glad that Andy Magee is buying into being trained to be a vine not a “flowerpot “! Please give my love to the brothers and I look forward to being there soon! In Christ, CS Tuesday, June 7, 2016: Again, Caelin and I spent the day together; the Ford Escort needs wheel bearings, shocks, ball joints and brake pads. We pick those up and carried his car to the shop. He and I also visited James Morris at noon; I encouraged him to have another outreach. I had Caelin pray for James. It was a good day with him!
Sunday, June 5, 2016: This morning I attended a church service in Downsville where Chris Moon is the pastor. It seems that he desires to network with the pastors of Covenant Life Fellowship and other pastors and home groups in the area. I went there to support him. As I was leaving Chris stopped me and said that there was a young lady that wanted me to pray for her. I asked her what she needed; her prayer was for boldness. As I prayed for power of the Holy Spirit to rest on her; having her to raise her hands in worship the Lord, there was a light stammer from her lips. Then the Holy Spirit power fell on her and she fell to the floor. For this I thank God the Holy Spirit for leading me there today.
