Wednesday, September 19, 2018: Testimony by Tim Smith:
Tim had attended and infrared a photography conference in Austin, Texas last week. This conference related to Tim's line of work with Entergy. This conference was attended by about 450 people from all over the world. Tim had the opportunity to talk to people from Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, Norway, Mexico, China, and Pakistan. One of the men that he had the opportunity to visit with was from Pakistan who work for a hotel. He described himself as a refugee from Pakistan. He has been in America five years with his wife and five children. Tim testified to him that he was a follower of Jesus Christ; welcoming him to America. Tim asked him if he would allow him to say a prayer for him. He told him that he was a Muslim. Tim wanted to pray for him in the name of Jesus Christ. He agreed; Tim placed his hand on his shoulder, he was very respectful and humble and allowed Tim to pray. Tim was asking God for his blessings over this man and his family, or opportunities and provision. Tim asked that the father withdraw him to do Christ Jesus. This was a pleasant time in the man seemed very appreciative.
Another man that Tim met with; his name was Young Chang Yo from Korea. He was a salesman; the company that he represented sold infrared cameras. He and Tim had a real nice conversation together. During the conversation Tim told him that he was a follower of Jesus Christ. He asked him who he looked to as his God. He said that he was also a Christian and that in Korea there were old Christians and new Christians. He was referring to old Christians as Catholics; and the new Christians were non-Catholics. He identified himself as a new Christian. It was refreshing for Tim to meet these people and talk to them about Christ Jesus. Tim came to realize that even though there were differences in geographical locations, cultures and the lives; we still have many things in common. Tim was pleased to have the many different encounters.

Testimony by Gene Norman / Monday 9/17/18
During the time at Council on Aging lunch, I had the opportunity to minister to a few folks. One lady began to share with me about an adult daughter who is a nurse as well as a Sunday school teacher in their church. The daughter was experiencing a spiritual attack on her body. Sunday morning, she could not move to get out of bed. Her dad who is a pastor prayed and anointed her with oil in the name of the Lord and she was able to get up and move around. The mom who, I was talking to begin to share her fear, and that was when the Holy Spirit rose up in me to speak and command that spirit to cease and leave her. Then I told her the Holy Spirit was going to do something special through her. I took her hand and began to pray and told her by the spirit that God's anointing was being transferred from me to her and when she got home she was to lay her hand on the daughter and she would be delivered. She received it and said she would.
Then the Lord had me to sing over a second lady the song, 'Sweet, Sweet, Spirit', as I did she entered into peace and began to lift her hands and thank Jesus.
A third lady, I told her that she had been worrying and fretting about a situation, and that she was to put in into the Lord's hand, she began to weep, I said the Lord has it in control and the answer would appear shortly. She said, 'Thank you so much'. She was then at peace.
A fourth lady had her left arm in a sling because of surgery and she said it was hurting. I laid hands on her and took authority over the pain and it subsided.

A Message from Stephen Taylor

Saturday, September 16, 2018: A message this morning from Stephen Taylor:
I would like to thank you all for the donations last night. It was amazing to see God's family in action for such a small group. Being KINGDOM together!!! We gave Stephen through the regular attendees with CLF a total of $1220. As we passed the plate last night we gave Ben Dixon $904. Thank you, JESUS, for giving seed to the sowers!

Hey brothers. Y'all have no idea how much that financial blessing met a need for us. It was almost to the dollar how much we had to cover last weekend with the rental truck, gas, and other expenses. I can't put into words how thankful I am for each of your influence in my life. God has used each of you in very specific ways over the past year and a half to push us and stir us in the call of God on our lives. Y'all are kingdom family and I expect to see y'all all come stay with us at some point. We love y'all deeply. Please express our gratitude to Robert and all of the covenant life family leadership.

Monday, September 17, 2018: I took my sister JoAnn and her husband Glenn McCauley to the Red Lobster for dinner. There was a special on shrimp that we ordered; we sit around eating and visited for a while. The waitresses name was Taylor; in our conversation she mentioned to us that she had lost her father. Also, she had lost her household pet dog. She had gotten a younger dog to keep her company. She has been experiencing severe panic attacks. The Dr. recommended that when these came she needed to put her pet across her chest in order to get relief.  My heart went out to Taylor as she was telling us her story. I hope felt led by the Lord to give her a $20 tip; she was surprised that I would do this and was very thankful. One of her customers had just given her a rough time; she felt cast down. I asked Taylor if it wouldn't be too forward I would like to pray for her; she agreed saying that she was a Catholic and took my hand. I was led to pray primarily that the Lord's love would come upon her and also that He would help her to find His purpose for her life. When I finished she made the sign of the cross as other Catholics do. I was grateful for the opportunity to pray for Taylor.

Saturday, September 1, 2018: An update from Mike Clark; We have seen many miracles, healings, deliverances of various types and God working in the hearts here in Kenya. God has blessed the Kenyans and our team as well. I thought this is one of a different sort. Whit and I preached at a church in the county side where we saw an abundance of healing the sick, blind eyes opened, the lame walked and more. I preached on legacy. Pouring into the younger generation to raise up powerful men and women of God. After things were done and we were about to depart this little guy approached me in the yard wanting to show me his book. A Gideon new testament!!!

Monday, September 3, 2018:
Dear Pastor Robert,
Greetings from Kenya. I have met with brother Mike Clark, Whit and Hannah Bass. I travelled 400 miles away to Nairobi to meet with them as you have requested.

As David Trapp was visiting with James Morris on Tuesday; James told him about his ministry with the youth group at the church that they attended and were married in. This past Sunday was the third time that he led the youth group; two receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues. The pastor said; “This was the first time he saw that the youth group service lasted longer than the adult group at church. David asked James if he was going to take them out evangelizing on the streets of Bawcomeville. He said that he would be one moving in that direction but was carrying them to him a nursing home first. James his wife, Stephanie is right beside him and is excited about what God is doing in their family. Brother Charles this is the young man we ordained just a few met months ago.
