My sweet dad went home to be with Jesus yesterday. He loved the Lord with all his heart and showed God’s love by the way he lived his life. Jerry Linhares always had a smile on his face and never met a stranger. He was a wonderful, devoted father to me- always kind, patient, and wise. He taught me so much about life, and I am forever grateful he was my dad and best friend. My mom and I are thankful for the full, fruitful 80 years he had on this Earth. I know he’s overjoyed to be with his Heavenly Father, and we’ll see him again. I love your forever daddy.
