I called Jim Moore and told him about our mission trip. He is still not ready for me
to come down for a visit. At 12:45 PM I had an appointment with Dr. Humble and
sat beside a man and began to talk to him. His name is Lenard Ledford. He grew
up in Vernon, La. I asked him if he knew Jim and Dottie Moore. He said that
he knew both. They played baseball together; Jim and his brother were pitchers;
Jim played shortstop primary. I don’t know what to think of this, today is the first
time I have talked to Jim this year and a few hours later I am speaking to someone
he played ball with. Lenard said he also knew Dottie’s brother Alvin.
It seems that God is always setting up the supernatural.
