Right now, he is planning to return to Montana to be with YWAM in an internship. I am amazed at how our Lord can redirect a man's life. Two years ago, his father, David and I took him on a mission trip to Honduras. He didn't want to go; but he did just to please the two of us, but when it came time to return home, he didn't want to come back to the bubble. Jacob knows that as he leaps into his future that he has a family that will not let him hit the ground and be destroyed.
This morning I wonder how many of us are living in a bubble, fearful of leaping into the future that God has for us. The bubble is a place of comfort, security but without faith that pleases God. I pray that this generation will take a step of faith and get out of its bubble. To do this we also need the family of God around us so that we don't hit the ground!
