Monday, September 17, 2018: I took my sister JoAnn and her husband Glenn McCauley to the Red Lobster for dinner. There was a special on shrimp that we ordered; we sit around eating and visited for a while. The waitresses name was Taylor; in our conversation she mentioned to us that she had lost her father. Also, she had lost her household pet dog. She had gotten a younger dog to keep her company. She has been experiencing severe panic attacks. The Dr. recommended that when these came she needed to put her pet across her chest in order to get relief. My heart went out to Taylor as she was telling us her story. I hope felt led by the Lord to give her a $20 tip; she was surprised that I would do this and was very thankful. One of her customers had just given her a rough time; she felt cast down. I asked Taylor if it wouldn't be too forward I would like to pray for her; she agreed saying that she was a Catholic and took my hand. I was led to pray primarily that the Lord's love would come upon her and also that He would help her to find His purpose for her life. When I finished she made the sign of the cross as other Catholics do. I was grateful for the opportunity to pray for Taylor.
