This is a letter from Inez Perez to Whit and Michelle Bass;
We felt very blessed to have been included in God's work through his divine appointment. It was no coincidence that we met you guys in California; God was involved in all the details; it had been years in the making. And for that, I am eternally grateful! Billy was just sharing with me last night the experience he had when Whit prayed for him and the liberation he felt. There was audible screaming as demons of bondage left him. Things from the past that clawing at him were gone. I will say, I do see the burden that has been lifted off his shoulders and he is more in tune with the Holy Spirit. I've seen how he has been able to help a friend go through a very difficult situation and truth coming out of his mouth. His friend told me that he has something inside of him that makes him fearful. His friend of courses dealing with chains of bondage and is afraid of the light Billy carries. It was not that he wasn't ministering before Whit's God led prayer but he is feeling more of the Holy Spirit's effectiveness and his life.
