Sunday, August 9, 2015: This afternoon I picked up Chris in Downsville and we attended Neil and Mei Powers' home meeting.
After the meeting Chris asked if he could go by Walmart to pick up dog food. I waited for him in the Van as he went inside. While Chris was on the inside, I was playing spider solitaire on the cell phone. A lady parked beside me spoke then later she asked me if I was winning and what was up playing. Was this someone that the Lord wanted me and Chris to minister to? As Chris returned; I asked her if we could pray for her and she agreed. She was having problems with her knee, there was pain and popping; possibly facing surgery. I asked Chris to pray for her; he started to do this while sitting in the Van; I said, "No, get out and laid hands on her and pray for her." He did and when he finished, I said: "Be Healed and Jesus Name." Then I said, "Get out of the car and walk." She got out of the car began to walk and move her knee, she said that she had no pain and no popping. I told her that the Lord was healed her.
On the way back to Downsville with Chris I talked to him about the Baptism in the Holy Spirit, ministering the word of God to him about this subject; as we got close to his house; he said can I received this now? At his home while in the Van I had him raise his hand and ask God to fill him with the Holy Spirit; as he did this; I told him to open your mouth and began to pray in a new language and he did. Praise the Lord!
