Sunday, December 14, 2014: I spent the night at the Comfort Inn in Suwanee, Georgia and as I got up and went down the elevator for breakfast; this dark complicated young man was standing in the door opening as I went to exit. I was stunned as he blocked my exit, but he quickly put me to ease asking how my night was. I sensed that he was lonesome and wanted to talk. I went ahead and ate breakfast wondering if God the Father was doing something in his life and wanted me to encourage him. After I finished breakfast I went to the desk and engaged him in small talk. His name was Rahul Brahmbhatt, a young man 22 years old, an Indian who was raised in the Atlanta area. After talking for a while asking him about his ambitions in life, I asked him about his religious affiliation. He said he was raised as a Hindu but had come to embrace other religions. It seemed that he was giving me his complete attention; it may have been just a long night of being a desk clerk. I asked Rahul if I could pray for him and his future in Jesus name. He said sure, so I reached across the desk and held his hand and prayed for him to be blessed in Jesus name. He thanked me and as I went up the elevator; looking down on him it was as though he was staring into space. I know that the Holy Spirit was moving in his life. I thank the Lord for the opportunity to pray for Rahul and bless him.
