Today Ginger and I drove to Hattiesburg Mississippi to see her sister Ella Maria
in the nursing home. It was a four-hour drive there; a four-hour drive back with
the two hour visit. I was glad I was able to take Ginger to see her sister. On the
way back home entering into Louisiana before I got to Delhi I was adjusting the
sun visor to shield the sun from my eyes; being distracted. As I looked up there
was a couch facing me in the middle of I-20; I swerved to miss to it as hard as
I could without flipping the car; I caught it with my left front bumper. I had the cruse
on at 70 MPH and didn't take it off. I heard a loud thump but was too tired to stop
to see if it had done any damage to my car. When I arrived home and got out; look,
there was absolutely no damage. I give thanks to the Lord are looking out for us.
If I had not seen it when I did I may have ran completely over it. That could have
been devastating. Praise the Lord!
