It Happened on Thursday, July 8, 2010

Today I met with Randy Causey for lunch. He was anxious to see me to tell about being given
the opportunity to speak to the youth group at church. There were from 60 to 70 teenagers.
Randy was preaching on the Kingdom of God from Colossians 3:5 and following. Telling the
kids that those who did such things couldn’t enter into the Kingdom of God. There was a young
man there who had given all the S. S. teachers a hard time as will as his mother for many years.
The following week he was one of the ones that went to youth camp. The message that Randy t
alked to the group had brought him under conviction. At the youth camp he was radically converted
to Jesus. Every one recognized the change in his life. He lost some of his friends. Even his mother
could hardly believe the things that had happened to her son. The following Sunday night he gets
up and gives a testimony about his conversion to Jesus. At that time he told of Randy’s preaching
on the Kingdom of God and that is what started the work of God in his life.
