Tuesday, October 20, 2015: This morning I received a call from Tim Smith his close friend Ervin Hastie went into an emergency clinic over the weekend; he has an abscessed tooth. Tim wanted to know if Covenant Life Fellowship could help him out, he has $500 toward dental work. I contacted Whit Bass to see if he knew of any contacts that could help Ervin out; he doesn't have the finances or dental insurance. He contacted Jan Bagwell, Dix Johnston's wife and she agreed to help him. He received a 1:15 PM appointment and an hour later he was headed back home with one tooth out and another one next week. They are mailing me the bill; we're reaching out as the family of God to help those in need. I was pleased at the end of the day for what our Lord Jesus has helped us with.
