After praying with Terry and Keith we went with us to The Old Feed Lot in Rayville. At the end of our meal I was impressed by the Holy Spirit to pray for two police officers just before they left. With all the tragedy happening in our nation with law enforcement I wanted to pray for their safety. They quickly consented to my request so we had a good time of praying for these officers. As we were leaving, Gerald Brinkley prayed for a lady. She was member of First Methodist Church in Rayville and knew my brother-in-law Russell Rainbolt. The three of us left Rayville thanking God for what he did today. Praise the Lord!
Wednesday, October 1, 2014: Jerry Linhares, Gerald Brinkley and I went to Rayville to visit my brother-in-law Terry Rainbolt who had just had quadruple bypass surgery. His pastor Keith Evens was also there. Our purpose was to give thanks for a successful surgery and to bless him as he goes into God's future for his life. This was quite a spiritual charged time. Jerry Linhares also prayed in tongues at different times; I don't know how this will impact them, but they seemed okay.
