Sunday, November 26, 2017: Testimony by Andy Magee
“And He was saying to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few;
therefore, beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”
Luke 10:2
I have been extremely grateful at the increase in faith that God has given to my
son Stephen. It has been a true work of God. Jokingly, I have been telling people
that I can barely keep up with him! Recently, I was eating lunch at the college
cafeteria, and I saw my son eating lunch with a cafeteria employee. I smiled
inwardly because I knew Stephen is always seizing opportunities to share the
Good News of Jesus Christ with people. When visiting with them, Stephen
introduced Mr. Alfred to me. He said that Mr. Alfred was the man he told me
about a couple of weeks ago. It was a testimony of prayer and healing where
Stephen and his college friend, Trace, prayed for and experienced a miraculous
healing. I looked at Mr. Alfred and I asked him, “Please tell me what happened?”
Mr. Alfred shared, “Well you see…I have had one of my legs that is shorter than
the other, and it has caused me a lot of problems and pain over the years. About
4 weeks ago your son and his friend prayed for me, and I actually saw my leg
grow while they were praying.” Mr. Alfred said, “Ever since that prayer the pain
has been gone.” We praised God! Please picture this with me….a man who was
in constant pain encountered God 4 weeks ago through two young servants of
the Lord and experienced healing! #God is Awesome!
