Monday September 17, 2012: Late this afternoon I received a call from Bro.
Gerald Brinkley, telling me some amazing news. A man by the name Steve
and his wife began to come to The Fathers House; some six or eight weeks
back. Steve had stage two cancer and also apart from the cancer needed a
liver transplant. Steve’s life hangs in the balance; the Church has been praying
fervently for him since that time. He had gone down to Oschner’s Hospital in
New Orleans for treatment. So, this afternoon Bro. Gerald receives a call from
Steve that he is now cancer free. Bro. Gerald is a great pastor who cared for
his flock, a mighty man of God.
