Wednesday; December, 20, 2017: Testimony by James Morris:
One of Stephanie’s good friend’s Dad had a stroke (which everyone should be
praying for) that put him in a bad condition. A couple of days leading up to this
I’ve had been teaching Maison about Spiritual Gifts; how the Holy Spirit will work
through people as God wills and also about the Authority we have as believers
of Jesus. So, Maison was excited when I told him we were going to the ICU to
pray for someone that had a stroke. Faith was stirring in him, he was ready to
apply what he had learned. When we got to Glenwood Medical Center everyone
left the room but Maison and I; so, we began to pray, we laid hands on him.
When I finished praying I nudged his shoulder and motioned for him to pray. He
prayed as someone with authority and boldness. Afterwards I was squeezing the
man’s left foot to see if he could feel it and also his left hand. He said he could.
Faith rose up in us even more. It was an encouraging time.
