Thank you, brother Robert for sharing with us, discipling us and TESTIFYING of the
GREATNESS of our LORD! I need to testify of our LORD. 8 weeks ago, our family started
the official step of FAITH that the LORD had been putting on my heart for many,
many years. With much prayer and encouragement as a family and some other believers
who had walked a few steps with our family and with the therapy that the LORD has
equipped me to be a part of, it seemed clearer that the LORD was leading me towards
starting a “new” work, something that He had uniquely created me to be a part of. After
prayer time as a family and seeking wise counsel, in May, I turned in a 4-week resignation
that started our new adventure. There has been so much affirmation along the way.
Originally, I was expecting to require a $500,000 loan to start this new adventure. This
soon became less as the LORD directed me to a couple of other therapists who were
willing to help with overhead expenses and wanted to share in this adventure together.
Again, as a family we prayed together in the lobby where they had been working for the
last 6 years and discussed as a family the next day, all sensing affirmation that the LORD
would allow us to take the next step. The LORD further Blessed me in their covering my
monthly overhead for many months, actually to date, I have not had to pay any lease
overhead. There was a billing system in place, a billing specialist that was already working
for them that would now help our family to get this started. Also, most of the equipment
that we received was either donated, or leased with little to no upfront costs, allowing
our start up to be very minimal. 8 weeks of learning more and more about trusting the
LORD. My wife is managing our books, and learning the billing system, our son has
provided the therapy aide position, and ministering to the patients wonderfully, and our
daughter has also provided support with helping with patients and outings, even social
support for the patients. To GOD be all the GLORY for allowing us to be a part of a
business that had patients before we had our billing system fully in place, and the LORD
has provided for us financially, emotionally, and our family has experienced some exciting
spiritual times. Our clinics (each of the therapists and myself, we all own individual therapy
practice) have moved to a new location about 3 times the size secondary to the LORD
Blessing with growth. It is truly amazing to see the LORD at work at this time! That is not
to mention all the lives we have already seen impacted as He blesses the therapy, one
young boy is sitting much better, another family has also seen their son sitting better,
gaining head and neck control, and several Blessings as patients’ families share what is
“new” that they were not doing before. We are seeing an adult patient who had stroke
who is demonstrating incredible gains, that we give HIM GLORY for!
My daughter has been talking with my son and listening to the LORD speak to her
heart about her relationship with God. She recognized July 13th that her relationship
with the LORD was not where it should be, she prayed that the LORD would lead her.
She read to us as a family that night, Acts 8 :21 You can have no part in this, for
your heart is not right with God. The LORD continues to teach me about confession,
repentance and restoration as HIS pattern for us to stay in HIS POWER.
I could go on and on... and HE is WORTHY of my doing just that, but you may not keep
reading if I did. So, this is a snippet of the LORD’s provision in my life in the past 8 weeks
plus.
We are having a prayer and dedication time of our new facility on Sunday July 15th at
7:30 pm. Any who would like to attend are so very welcome. We are praying that that the
LORD will use us to GLORIFY GOD being vessels of HIS POWER!
