up that he was not satisfied and was restless in what he was doing. I asked him if there was one thing that he would like to do, what would it be? He said that he wanted to get his GED and go to culinary school; that he always wanted to be a chef. I told him that I believed that the Lord had that in store for him and the Lord wanted to see him satisfied with what he did for a living that he could glorify the Lord in it. It was a short ride back to the office and I wanted to encourage him. As I got out of the vehicle I said to Robert, "I believe the next time I see you I will be setting down eating a meal where you are the head chef." He smiled, and shook my hand. As I started back to the office I looked back and saw Robert back up and rolling down the window waving at me and saying; "I received that word, I received that word." I turned around and walked back to the vehicle, I placed my hand on his shoulder and said, "Robert, can I pray for you?" He said," I would like that." We shared a few minutes of prayer where I asked the Lord to bless him, his family, his home, for him to prosper
wherever God took him specifically in getting his GED and becoming a chef. We shook
hands again and parted ways.
As I went my way throughout the office praying for Robert, the Lord placed it on my
heart to give him another word. I went back later in the evening to pick up my vehicle
and found Robert working in the garage. As I went in Robert was walking toward me with
his hand extended to shake my hand. He thanked me again for the word that he had
received earlier that morning. I told him; "It was the Holy Spirit speaking through me."
I also have another word that the Holy Spirit wants me to give you. "Robert, any word
curse that has been spoken over you at any point during your life by a teacher, by a
sibling or by a parent, that word is a lie from the pit of hell and is from the enemy. You are to believe that the Lord has plans for you, to bless you and prosper you in everything that you put your hand to. You are his perfect creation and this is your season to be blessed. As Robert held my hand he said, "I received that, I received that word." As I looked at Robert there were tears in his eyes. I told Robert that I loved him and to be blessed. I said, I'll see you again Robert and you will be a chef.
