Friday, January 27, 2017: Today I needed to go to J. C. Penney’s to purchase a new set
of sheets for Kristi’s bed. It was a long way to travel for a man with a cane, as I got upstairs
at the appliance section I asked Amanda where I could find the linen section. She was
gracious enough to help me even though It wasn’t her department. Amanda was a shy young
lady, meek and humble. After paying for the sheets I asked Amanda if I could pray for her;
she agreed, so I prayed. She was thankful for the prayer and hugged my neck. This morning
we talked about sharing the Love of God the Father. The Father’s presence was so rich at
that moment.
