Testimony by Whit Bass Family

Tuesday, December 5, 2017: Our Family - Hannah, Michelle and I - had the
privilege to partner with Mrs. Susan Hoychik, Ministry Team from FBC Rayville
– Miss. Toot Bolton, Mrs. Patsy Knight, Mandy Brakefield, Tracy Duke and
Lynn Allen at the Richland Parish Detention Center to lead a Baptismal
Service today; baptizing 8 women who were truly touched by Heaven today.  
One young lady whose name is Patsy said that while we were all praying
over them before baptism individually - said that “when you placed your hands
on my shoulders and prayed for me that the addiction - desire to do drugs left
immediately” - Patsy shared this with all of us right before going under in
Baptism. Our Scripture passage today was taken out of Romans 6:1-14.
Being buried with Christ to walk in Newness - Resurrection Power.  Thank You
Susan for you many years of foundational Ministry at Richland DC and Lynn
Allen for being so easy and cooperative to work with!!! We are also Grateful
to Katie Souza Ministries for providing resources and Miriam Douglas’ book
an Adorned Heart.
