While waiting for an oil change at Walmart, the Lord had a divine appointment for me today.
Today I was watching 2 African American young ladies play around - sparring one another. Like swinging at one another.
The taller girl “Neek” is the one the Lord highlighted to me. She dropped her phone and could not find it while she and her friend were swinging at one another. The phone had fallen out of her coat while tussling with her friend.
I noticed her looking for something; I thought she was looking for her keys. But she had dropped her phone and could not find it. As I watched her, I sensed the Holy Spirit nudge me to ask her if I could help her.
She agreed and we FaceTime called her phone. No ring but I was able to locate her phone by looking below one of the aisles.
She was very grateful.
As she walked off, I asked her if I could pray with her.
She declined me and said no. Not in a mean way. But said if I let you pray for me, I will start crying.
So, I proceeded to tell her that the Lord loved her so much that he would put a complete stranger in her path to tell her how much the Father loves her.
Her eyes became like a stream of rushing water. Gushing down. She was embarrassed but I told her not to be. I just kept speaking words of life over her. She never allowed me to pray for her but I told her that the Lord gave me a compassion and a love for her just as I love my own biological daughters. She looked at me and we connected. I felt that She could tell I was genuine.
I gave her my card and told her if she ever needed someone to talk to or pray with her to reach out. She does have a church background. Was familiar with prophecy she said. Please pray for Neek to receive all that OUR FATHER has for her.
