Friday, June 30, 2016: The last evening is Honduras there was a service at Dario's Church in Olanchito. An elderly man came asking for prayer for his back; as he talked to the translator the man never looked up. We prayed for his back; then Whit wanted to find out what his situation was. He could not see; he lost his sight 10 years ago. Whit wanted to pull some of the other team members in; he called Bill Feazel over, telling him that this man couldn't see. Bill prayed for him; then they asked him if he could see? The man just stood there wide-eyed, motionless. He was able to see! Praise the Lord.
Helen, our translator also was able to pray for a young girl with knee pain; Helen witnessed a healing of pain at Dario's church. The young girl who was healed was more excited than any one that had received healing on the trip. The whole congregation came forward for prayer. The trip was worth it just to see the joy on the faces of those healed.
