the lives of many hows disappointments that they faced actually turned to be the sovereignty of God working in their lives. I mentioned to him that we had placed the situation in God's hand together. We had confessed that Jesus was the Lord of his life and in control. That he could have confidence in the outcome because of our dedication of his life to the Lord. I asked him to say, "Jesus Christ is my Lord," he squeaked it out, I said "I can't hear you," he said it louder, again I said "I can't hear you." I continue this process until he was screaming out "Jesus Christ is my Lord." Then I prayed and asked God to manifest his presence in this situation so that Chris would know that God was in control. When we got to the recruiter's office the door was locked; he would not answer his cell phone either. We decided to go to lunch and wait on him. This was frustrating and it tested us but we encourage our self and the Lord.
At 1:30 PM after waiting 2 ½ hours the recruiter finally showed up and told Chris that his test scores wasn't accepted at this time, in fact the quota was filled and they were not accepting anybody. He asked Chris if he would consider going into the Army, Chris agreed that he would. The recruiter carried the paperwork down to the Arm recruiter's office and came back telling us that they would work with us. This to was the hand of God at work.
This story will cotinue later.
